By purchasing or using one of our premium themes or plugins, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the T&C described below.

Theme & plugin licensing & usage

All of our WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GPLv3 license. Our free themes and plugins may be used by users on as many installations as they want. Premium themes and plugins may only be used by our users and get updates on max 5 of their own WordPress installations, per license. Purchases made before the year 2017 may use their theme or plugin and get updates on up to 10 installations, per license.

Theme & plugin updates & compatibility

Theme & plugin updates are available to customers who have made an individual purchase and whose theme or plugin license is still active.

All themes and plugins are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, PHP & MySQL when released. And browser compatibility is always tested with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Edge and Internet Explorer. But we cannot guarantee that older themes or plugins will run with future versions of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, or any later browser versions. We may retire older themes or plugins if we feel they are no longer representative of our offering.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Webbjocke. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

When viewing the theme and plugin demos you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images only and are not included in the download. Our themes and plugins does not come packaged with any copyrighted photography. The photos used in the demos are purely for demonstration purposes, and are used to give the visitor a functional preview of what the theme will look like once content has been added. You are responsible for adding your own images.

Refunds

Webbjocke does not offer any refunds for our premium themes or plugins. Our products are intangible digital goods that can not be returned.

Warranty

Webbjocke does not provide any warranty or guarantee on these themes or plugins in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo pages. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes and plugins as we can not guarantee that our themes or plugins will work with all browser combinations. Also we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.

Definitions

The term "lifetime" in the context of our plans means lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at anytime and for any reason.

Product discontinuation

A discontinue of one of our products means you are still free to use the product for as long as you want. But it will no longer be maintained. No more updates or bug fixes will be served to the product in the future, and the compatibility with future versions of WordPress, PHP, MySQL or any other database, or any browser versions will no longer be guaranteed. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
